Guestbook Live privacy

Guestbook Live collects the name, optional relationship and message, and any photos, audio, or video a guest chooses to share. This content is provided to the couple and their authorized event team. It may appear in that event’s guestbook when their settings allow it.

Media is kept in private storage. Original photos are available to the hosts; the public guestbook receives only approved display versions.

Design Studio requests

If you send a Design Studio request, we use the contact information, event details, design choices, and optional reference files you provide to respond to your inquiry and plan your Guestbook Live. When you ask the Design Studio to match an uploaded image or document, that reference is securely processed by our AI service to identify design elements such as color, typography, and mood and create a suggested design swatch. It is not used to identify people. Reference files are stored privately, shared with Tiny Site Studios through a secure 30-day link, and removed from upload storage after 90 days. We send you a one-time confirmation and do not add you to a marketing list. The inquiry may be retained in our business email or client-management records so we can serve you and keep an accurate project history.

One-time email and text delivery

If a guest asks us to send a copy, we use the email address or mobile number only to deliver that requested private link. We do not add it to a marketing list. Email addresses and mobile numbers are not stored with the public guestbook contribution; a non-reversible fingerprint may be retained to prevent duplicate sends and document consent.
